Cramps & no butterfly's.

when did you start feeling butterfly's & kicks ? I'm 16 weeks 2 days & still nothing... & i get cramps. not bad cramps but like dull annoying cramps. is that normal?  

cramping is okay and normal to an extent. i started feeling flutters at oooh, 15 weeks it was? i am not 24 weeks and this little baby about kills me with his kicks. lol. at 18 weeks you should start to be able to feel them better. I have been diagnosed with BV (bacterial vaginosis) its lead o irritable uterus and that smurf hurts. so, for me the painful cramps i was getting weren't normal.

First kick at 17 weeks, nothing more til 23 weeks. The cramps may be round ligament pain.

Cramps through out pregnancy can be normal. If they get severe or you start to bleed then its time to go in and get checked out. Depending on where your placenta lies can determine how easily you will feel kicks. I had an anterior placenta so I only felt the strong kicks until my daughter got further along. If I wanted to get her active I would drink something very sweet and lay on my side in a dark quiet room where I could concentrate. But I didn't start doing this until I was closer to 19 weeks.

hey this is my first and im due march 8th im almost 19 weeks and i have started feeling things here and there and you will feel it on the side they find baby most, which is where i feel it on my left side. also the dull cramps are normal i still get them as long as your not bleeding your fine, my dr said it could just be your stomach and uterus stretching. so dont worry i bet all is well with your baby (:

with this one i felt a lil bit of fluttering around 16 weeks but nothing strong til 18 weeks where i knew it was her kicking im almost 24 weeks right now it feels like shes having a party in my belly i can see and feel movement all over my belly like shes doing flips this is one of my favorite parts of pregnancy it can be uncomfortable at times but it lets me kno she there and i feel reassured  

i keep having dreams i can feel the baby move & when i put my hands on my belly & push in a little (because i am a plus size girl & i have a bit more cushion on my belly lol) & i can feel the baby moving and the feet & knee, & it feels SOOOO real !! then i wake up and i do the same thing and i don't feel anything  

I have an anterior placenta. I am thinking within the last 2 days is when I have started feeling butterflies. I will get back to you when I feel her kick for the first time

I'm 18+3 weeks.

I didn't feel it until 19 weeks.

Dont worry you will feel soon enough. The dreams just gives hope (:,. if you go the dr on your next appt and they do they heartbeat thing listen and sometimes you will hear the baby move across the sound monitor. gave me a big sigh of relief when that happened. some woman dont feel their baby at all until they are about 23 weeks. I am a little heavy set and I feel tiny movements everynow and then. Your baby might also be playing games on you and moving whille you are sleeping and then sleeping while you are awake
