BG doctors? diagnose me!

Since yesterday I've been having back pain on the left side at the very bottom.
It's worse when I sit or bend over but when im standing it's just a dull pain.
I also have period like cramps on the left side only too.
Im having diarrhea and im feeling sick to my stomach.

What could this be?
Should I go to the ER or what?

I better not be.
Im on depo and we use condoms most of the time.

I would call a regular doc in a few days if it doesn't get better and not go to the ER,

if I was pregnant why would the pain be on just one side?

i'd have to say it could be a uti then, kidney pain is usually felt in your lower back on the outsides of your back

bc pregnancy can cause lower back pain in the first trimester bc of the hormones, but i'm still leaning towards a kidney problem like a uti or something like that

My guesses would be a UTI/bladder infection or a cyst on your ovary.

Go to your PCP for a urinalysis. Sometimes UTI's have no symptoms. What you describe is flank pain which goes hand in hand with kidneys, and when you have untreated uti's you can get kidney problems.

Hopefully, im very prone to UTIs a d kidney infections.
This just doesn't hurt as bad as when I have one normally.

I'd guess UTI, try drinking some cranberry juice and water, or go to a doctor.

I didn't think about it but I have been drinking alot of soda.
Maybe I got a UTI and didn't know and now I have a kidney infection :/
Last time I had one my back was KILLING me!
