I just started doing it.

How often do you excersize for this and what do you do? How long did it take for you to start seeing results using MFP?

I exercise 6 days a week. I'm currently doing turbo fire.. In the past I've done step aerobics and treadmill..

It depends on the person and how much they're working out/what they're eating. I saw results the first month. I lost both weight and inches.

ETA; I've also done the 30 day shred with MFP.

I lost 30 pounds in seven months with pretty much a moderate -sedentary lifestyle.  I know I would of lost more faster if I worked out more. I started seeing results after three weeks. I know if I work out five days a week and stick to it I can lose 1.5 pounds a week. My workouts are usually taking evening walks for an hour and occasionally I fit in the 30 day shred or some Bob Harper workout DVDs.

How did you do with the 30 day shred? ive never looked into it so dont really know what it even consists of??

Thanks. I still need to lose about 40 to 45 more pounds so losing 30 hasn't really hit me yet as a huge accomplishment.

Honestly I think the 30 day shred is boring. It's only a 20 minute work out but you really work your butt off and you feel it the next day. I like turbo fire better than 30ds.

I lost 75lbs in 14 months with the help of MFP. If you stick with it, it really helps you lose weight. Good luck with your weight loss!

Thanks! I'm really just wanting to lose 30-40 pounds all together so hopefully it doesnt take me too long

I only have like 550 calories left for today and its only 12:30.

This is going to suck. I want to snack!!!

What is your daily calorie limit?

I could make a list of low calories foods/meals and snacks if you want.

My daily limit is 1200.

Alright I'll make up a list. I'm trying to get LO to nap so I'll post it in a couple hours.

I only eat 1,200 a day too, so it'll be easy for me to make

Here is a little list.. I can add more later. If you don't like any of the foods on here let me know and I can see if I can come up with other ideas.

I’m not a breakfast person; I usually drink a protein shake in the morning. Especially because I work out and it’s good to have a protein shake for muscle recovery. If I do eat something I’ll make oatmeal (it’s about 140 calories) and an egg white. Or you could do an egg white, with some cheese or veggies. Bagel & Cream Cheese with Tomato,Yogurt with 3 strawberries cut up, Cottage chesse and toast

Snacks I try to keep under 150 calories (depending on many calories I eat for breakfast and lunch I’ll add or reduce my snack calorie intake). I’ll have celery with ranch, peanut butter or humas. 15 grapes & string cheese (low fat), Almonds, Walnuts and an orange, Caramel rice cakes (about 140 calories), Hardboiled egg, Keebler Town House crackers with laughing cow cheese, Cucumbers & humas, bell pepper and cottage cheeese

Lunch: Lentil Vegetable soup, Low Carb tortilla with smoked salmon and low fat cream cheese. (about 130 calories), sliced tomatoes with mozzarella and balsamic vinegar (about 120 calories), Salads -- I add different things each time I make a salad so I don’t get tired of salads.. different cheeses, cucumbers, nuts, tomatoes, peaches, apples, grapes, grilled chicken, avocados. Lettuce and turkey wraps, kale Chips

Dinner:
Stiry fry brown rice and veggies, grilled chicken and veggies.
