Getting off that baby weight...

posted 9th Oct
Loosing baby weight… I want to hear some success stories. I need motivation!!! I have nine months until my wedding to get at least 30-40 pounds off. Was thinking of walking every morning, doing kettle ball to tone my arms, and eating lots of fish, chicken and veggies. Any other suggestions? I’m 3 months pp right now and the only weight I’ve lost is the weight of the baby, lol.

I wanna try this military diet I saw online. It looks interesting. I don't know how well it works. I only need to lose about 15 but we'll see.

Can you run? You need something that is going to keep your heart rate up and active for sometime to burn fat. Manage your food- don't eat too little calories or too many

Depends on your body and metabolism. If you think the weight willl fall right off then I'd say walking and maybe 10 minutes of intense cardio a day like running in place, jumping jacks, knee lifts, butt kicks.

If its going to be a little harder, you need to do a workout. Why not try 30DS and see how it works?

Kettle weights are a good idea. Even when people lose weight, they can be a little flabby. Doing exercises with weights or weight training will tone everything up. I recommend lunges and squats with a kettle weight also.

Do not do any crazy diets because you will just put the weight back on as soon as you stop it. Losing 2-3 pounds a week is recommended.

weight training is a huge must.... more muscle= more fat burning....

and clean eating- not dieting...

I do crossfit and clean eat..I'm still pregnant...but that's how I lost my weight before..i started in August at around 215 and was 160 by January.... no gimmicks, no crazy diets....
