As far as I know he is... and the courts here in Maine are actually horrible about tracking people down...

Well unfortunately, she's just going to have to figure things out. I think she should just ..give it up. Raise her child on her own. The father is a jackass, I wouldn't want him around anyway.

You could call in the county where the mom lives (or maybe the state could direct you) and tell them you know where someone is living who is behind on child support and working under the table and say that you want to remain totally anonymous. Call from a cell phone and if they ask you for your information anyway, just hang up.

If the guy could totally know it could have only been you, I would just stay out of it.

It's disgusting to which the lengths that people will go to, to not support their children.

In Ontario they have a government run website for finding guys like that. Being on the smurf end of the child support deal, I would love if someone told me where BD is. Make a fake account and tell her.
