I've had three miscarriages and all were silent. I had no symptoms - no bleeding, cramping, pain, nothing.

If you do bleed and cramp, I'd expect some pain and heavy bleeding. And you'll need a lot of support. I'm sorry you're going through this.

I am so sorry. That is never easy. I have lost a pregnancy very early on around this time last year but had not gone to the DR. for any tests or ultra sounds yet. I can imagine that would be even worse emotionally and I am sorry you have to go through that. For me, the cramping was very very painful and I had very heavy bleeding with big clots. I did not need a D&C or anything. I hope everything passes naturally for you and do not give up hope yet. Especially if there was a flicker of a heart beat. I have heard stories where people were told they would surely miscarry and they are now way up into their 20 something week of pregnancy. I will keep you in my prayers.

It really Depends on how far along you are, I have had 2 miscarriages I was about 12 wks the first time and about 6-7 wks the 2nd time. At 12 wks First came mild and moderate cramping then some spotting, lil did i know I was in Labor, Then the "cramping" Contractions became so painful I couldnt lay flat or curl up and then heavy bleeding, then finally passed a clot about the size of a gumball   no D/C needed. The 2nd time was pretty silent, I didnt experience any pain and very lil bleeding. In fact by the time I knew i had miscarried, I started my cycle again. This happened to me right before this pregnancy. I apparently miscarried and started my period then got pregnant in less than 2 wks. You are in my prayers and I hope you have no complications and your body takes care of it on its own.

You are so welcome, So they say the heart beat can be detected as early as 6 wks, And the reason they say YOU may miscarry is because you have a low hcg level? When i miscarried at 6-7 wks they said they couldnt see anything cuz i have a tilted uterus and there was no heartbeat, plus I did 2 blood test 48 hrs apart to see if the hormone was going up and although it did slightly, it was still so low that they said either i was as early as 4 wks, i had already miscarried or was going to. I was at peace with what happened because I didnt want to end up with a baby with problems OR further along and risk having a complicated miscarriage. I hope to hear that everything goes well, I know it is nerve wrecking and Im sorry..
