Does FFN test hurt?

so im getting an FFN test today... do they hurt? how was your experience if youve had one before?...

It's the the ultrasound and blood work, right? No it doesn't hurt

No, they just swab you with a q tip.

It's a vaginal/cervical swab. I can't imagine it would hurt.

figured it would be just like a pap... i just heard from a friend it hurt horrible... but then again she might have had a different pain tolerance... i guess im just nervous.

fFn is just where they swab you with a qtip. Also, if it comes back positive it doesn't mean it's true. I tested positive at 34, almost 35 weeks. My goal was make it to 36, I made it to 37. Good luck!

I had one a few weeks ago due to some problems with pre term labor and it is not painful. I wont lie it was a little uncomfortable because they hold that swab in there for a little while but it was not unbearable or anything. Good luck to you.  

guess i freaked myself out for nothing. it was no big deal. thanks everyone
