Sharp abdominal pains

6 weeks pregnant and woke up last night to sharp abdominal cramps. I only had about three. Got up and went to the bathroom. Immediently wiped and no blood. Had diarrea and a bubbly stomach, went back to bed. Woke up and now I'm fine. The pain was pretty intense but I'm assuming it wasnt the beginning of a miscarriage because I would still be in pain.. right? I am feeling fine now.

Not sure but it may have been something u ate that didnt agree with u.

i had really sharp stabbing pain in my belly the other day that i almost fell over and i am not pregnant and it was because i had diarrhea

hope all is ok ,i been having a few twinges but nothing major normally means i have wind or need a good dump lol xxx
