DS has had a diaper rash for two weeks now. I took him to the doctors last weeks and they said it was a yeast infection and prescribed me special cream to put on it. its now been another week, it looks better but its still there. i ran out of the cream and am calling the doc today but what are they going to do? would they just give me another prescription of the same stuff or try somthing different?
Dont know what they will do, but I do know yeast can come from the stomach. That is what they said when my daughter had thrush. dont know if it's the same as having it on the diaper area.
Have you tried doing a part water, part vinegar spray on him? I do that for my DD to treat yeast infections.

I dont know. DD is 4. She says it does when she knows I am spraying her. She is a drama queen. Sometimes I tell her to stand up, bend over so I can wash her bum. I spray her and she doesnt say anything. lol So....I dont think so, but I cant say for sure.
