Quoting * Sara *:" Worse comes to worse, take the animal in, say you have to run home to get your checkbook and don't go back. The animal will be treated at least."
I took her to our vet early this morning. Her leg is sprained so she has a splint on and he gave us anti inflammatory medication and pain killers. She has to wear it for two weeks and then I have to bring her back. She is more playful now, although she keeps trying to get up and off the couch.
She was bleeding by her eye ((which made it look like blood was coming out her eye)) from a little cut and her little nose is cut, too, but the doctor said they should heal quickly.
I threw all my dog's toys in a plastic bag and put them away. Once the kitten gets better, she will be staying in our sun room until evenings when I will kennel the dog and let her in until I can find a better home for her.
Thank you for all the help. Last night was the worse night ever.
