hard cervix

My cervix is extremely hard and low,and my vagina is swollen.
What does this mean?
I haven't had a period for 2 months and have cysts on my ovaries.
I've been cramping bad today and having cervical pain.
Friday I had a vaginal ultrasound to check the cysts and there was no sign of pregnancy.
I'm starting my first round of clomid this week.

Does anyone know what this could be from?

I didn't have a period for two months, and was experiencing this very same thing... I got my period a couple days later, after cramping got more intense.

For me, hard and low usually means af is around the corner.
