Is it even worth testing?

I was supposed to ovulate on September 27th.
On the 29th I was told I have PCOS. So I don't even know if I ovulated or what.
But I bled from September 13th until October 6th.
I really want to test, but don't even know if it's worth it.

So you just got off your period?? I wouldn't test...

You probably didn't ovulate in the middle of a 3 week span of bleeding.

Are you ttc?

How long have you been trying? Did they put you on metformin or anything? I was put on metformin and b/c in July....after I finished the b/c my doc had me do opk's for 2 wks from cd 5 on to see if I got a positive and I did...week later got a bfp on my pregnancy test. The meds CAN make a difference.

This is our third month TTC
And they haven't put me on anything yet because I haven't had the gas to drive to my follow up appointment.

Well once you can definitely ask about it...it's could be all you need. Some women need more than that but starting early on metformin and what not will give you a better chance of finding out what works faster!
