Need to let our nanny go

It's not working out   we only have her here part time and she just informed us she got a full time job as a nurses assistant and will only here here 3-4 days a week but her friend will fill in the days she won't here  

um no


Plus she's mad that I have thursday-friday off   I told her last week. It's not my issue she didn't listen. It's even on the calendar.....

Nannys are hard to find... damn

People with a nanny how did you find them?

I do in home day care, and care.com is grate site to find nanny's. They do background cheeks and cheek refrances out for you,and they have profiles you can view and go through before you waste your time calling people and meeting people that you know are not going to work.

I sed care.com. I love her, she has been with us about a year. She treats my kids like family, and is always so positive while still being stern.

I'll check that out.

I'm sad that this one isn't working out. I like her as a person but she underminds what I say and do with MY kids and that's just not okay.

Horrible as it sounds we've found our Nanny's on craigslist. We always interview about 3-5 gals and twice now we've found great picks. (the first moved away and the second we moved away)

Our current nanny is a friend of a friend and also a TA at our daughter's preschool. She is amazing though. I don't know what I'd do with out her. Our house gets cleaned and she even cooks awesome meals!

The nanny told me today that if I didn't fold my laundry by wednesday she'd have to do it   I work FT my husband is gone from 1pm to 3 am we are tired folding laundry that's in a spare living room isn't top priority when we actually have a day off together

I work from home, and no joke didn't leave the house to run errands for over a month.
