Sounds like just normal aches and pains signifying you're towards the end of pregnancy to me. Everything starts sucking lol

I'm also 30 weeks and on my second child and have been having period like dull aches in my back at times, more Braxton hicks contractions, and sciatic nerve pain. It's all normal!

I have alot of extra discharge but that's normal too. If you think you're leaking fluid you need to put a pad on and lay down for 30 mins or so and see if the pad gets really wet. If you do get fluid on the pad but not a lot and you still want to see of its amniotic fluid I would suggest calling your OB and asking them if you can bring the pad in a ziplock bag to have them test it to see if it's fluid.
