Make sure his eyes are equal and reactive

If he vomits, won't wake, seems "off", head to the ER immediately

If he starts vomiting, acts much more sleepy than usual, all the usual head trauma stuff. Basically if he starts acting weird take him to the ER

Interesting story.
If it's been more than an hour and he is acting completely normal, I wouldn't worry about it.

Generally you should watch him for the first hour to make sure his pupils are equal in size, that he isn't vomiting, acting overly sleepy, not responding... basically if you notice something out of the norm- have him seen.

He's probably fine.

Just curious, but what does eating solids have to do with any of this?? I'm not making the connection....

its interesting? I thought it was confusing in a way.... Its been about 3 hours. He was very...umm not content at first he kinda just stared out but I thought it was cause he needed a nap. He fell asleep arund 630 and woke up about 30 minutes ago.

Yes... it's interesting because I have no idea what solid food has to do with hitting his head on a ceiling fan... or how the cuts on his head were "probably from the trauma." Were the cuts from the fan or not!? Lol....
And beyond that... if your sister is bashing your nephews head into the ceiling fan... why is she doing it AGAIN. Wouldn't you learn the first time that the ceiling is too low?

And what does ANY of that have to do with him hitting his head on a ceiling fan!?

I didnt say she bashed my nephews head. I said it happened to him before, it wasnt her though shes never been around my nephew. Second me saying he wont eat solids is basically to say why I sat him on the floor so she can give him brocolli basically trying to see if he would eat it or not. And I said "probably from the trauma" not to second guess that....why does any of this matter anyway
