Is it wrong...

posted 8th Oct
I have a young toddler, 1 1/2, that just came home from visiting his grandparents (yesterday) and a 3 week old. I also have 2 roommates living with my husband and I. Is it wrong that I HATE when she takes care of myI kids? Is it wrong that I HATE that she goes into my room where the baby's crib is to get her and check on her in the middle of the night without asking?
Let me explain why: Aside from talking baby talk to my kids, a huge pet peeve of mine, and telling me how she raised her son and how my kids are weird because they aren't like him. Even though she didn't raise him. she gives my 3 weeks old ice cold formula fresh out of the fridge. When I tried to explain that its better for her to be warm she goes off on this long story about how her son had to have his formula ice cold. The son that her father took custody of because she was/is unfit to be a parent.

Can you move the crib in your room that might stop her?

It's only the female roommate that does it. The crib is already in my room, we set up a little nursery corner in our bedroom since they are in our extra room. I've been trying to be nice to them because them paying half the bills is helping us save up to fix our porch steps before anyone hurts themselves.

Quoting Brit+Krys=Alex:" It's only the female roommate that does it. The crib is already in my room, we set up a little nursery ... [snip!] ... be nice to them because them paying half the bills is helping us save up to fix our porch steps before anyone hurts themselves."

She comes in your room in the middle of the night?? Yeaaaaaaaah no way I'd be okay with that!
