Muscle twitch.. is this the baby?

The past few days I've been getting this twitching feeling super low where the baby hangs out, but usually he feels just like a little thud or something. But this feels just like my muscle jumping/twitching a few times in the spot and it lasts for like a second or two.
Anyone else felt this? Or is it truly my muscles? lol
