4 year old school issues

So my daughter was still of age to go into the headstart program here where we live ( its like pre k) and so i enrolled her again, well she is having some serious behavior issus... aka not taking a nap, not listening, always telling them no... the whole 9 yards.... my question is could this be because she has the same teacher and is just over that? and needs more out of schoool? or could this just be a stage she is going through... its so frustrating because walking into her class to get her day report from her teacher is always a rollercoaster.... most of the time she is bad, once in awhile she is good. i feel like a failure as a parent because i cant get my kid to act right.

It's probably a handful of different things. Kids act up when they go through big changes. Is she any type of special needs? I know our head start here is for kids with a need, so the class may be to low for her.

Our Headstart is only for children with these kind of issues. My sister is an assistant teacher at Headstart and she gets hit and swore at every day. Do they want you to withdrawl?

noooooo we are on a military base and the headstart program is just like a pre k for pre k pretty much. pretty much like a daycare with a schedule i guess you would call it.
