Sweat bumps? (tmi)

posted 8th Oct
Okay so recently i started working at a daycare, which i went from barely any activity that makes me sweat during the day to extreme sweating. Well I have to wear scrub pants, and ive been working there for about 2 weeks now, and ive noticed these little pimple like bumps on my butt and one right near my vay jay jay. they dont hurt, or itch or anything BUT THEY ARE UGLY AND ANNOYING ME. They arent regular pimples because they arent able to pop or anything, and if i scratch at them they just break open and bleed. I dont know what these are but they are annoying as heck. Has anyone had them? Know how to get rid of them? and keep them away??? TIA

Like roll it on the area or put it on my hand and then rub it in? like i dont know if putting to much of that in somewhere its not normal for it to be would be a bad thing and make me break out with actual pimples

Could be a heat or friction rash. Just don't scrub them in the shower, wash them lightly. Also when you're getting ready for work in the mornings before you get dressed, put baby powder on all the areas that it's happening. I picked this up working in a factory with no air conditioning. The baby powder does wonders!

Just use it like lotion, it prevents the sweat and rashes. I use it to prevent chub rub when I wear skirts.
