Hospital Bag Help!

I'm a first time mommie and I have absolutly NO idea what to pack in my hospital bag.. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my ob said I can have her any day now... I haven't even started to pack a bag yet!!

Can anyone please help mee!!!

For me I took:

Pajamas
Panties
Bra
House shoes
Outfit to go home in
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Shampoo
Conditioner
Bodywash
Razor
Laptop
Camera
Batteries
Cellphone
& various chargers lol

For DD I took:
A couple different outfits
Socks
Warm snuggly blankets
Pacifiers

clothes for you
toiletries (deodorant, hair ties, toothbrush, etc)
Coming home outfit for baby

That's about it. The hospital should provide the rest

The one thing I wish I had packed was a change of clothes for the event I was out in public and my water should break..mine broke at Walmart and I hadn't done laundry yet so I wore my husbands shorts to the hospital

Ive packed me an outfit bra socks and deo and cell charger. For my lil one 2 outfits blanket and paci

For yourself, bring a toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, and a razor. If you're planning on breastfeeding definitely, definitely buy some disposable breastpads because you'll likely leak like crazy. For the baby, I would take a couple options for the coming home outfit. Our son was really long when he was born and didn't fit any newborn clothes so I was glad we had something we originally thought was bigger. A blanket is also a good idea.
It'd be helpful if you knew someone in your area to ask. Our hospital provides all of the diapers, wipes, and anything you need if you circ, and formula if you choose to use it. They also provide the nightgown, underwear, pads, and so on for the mothers.

I never used half the stuff I brought lol these are the main things I used:

Tooth brush/tooth paste
Deoderant
Hair brush/hair tie/hair clip/bobby pins
Pillow from home was nice to have
Socks/slippers
Going home outfit for you
Going home outfit for baby
U can bring lounge clothes but I just wore the hospital gowns cuz u might get them messy anyway
Your own pads b/c the hospital ons are kinda bulky
Body wash
Camera
Cell phone

Sweet, Alot of ppl tell me to bring a whole bunch of crapp for babies that I couldnt see using right away at the hospital.. Thankk you sooo much I think I might goo start packing my bag!!

Time to put a change of clothes in the car incase something like that happens to mee!!

Also think of something to sit on in the car lol we now have a brand new windshield cover :-)

I was in the hospital from Wednesday to Monday. The only thing I wanted to do by Sunday was shave and feel like a real person.

I was in the hospital from monday morning to friday afternoon. I still didn't care about shaving. Too busy with the newb
