<blockquote><b>Quoting jami [♥]:</b>" I had my membranes swept today, and then went for an hour walk. Now I'm laying Down and every few minutes ... [snip!] ... or just my body being tired from my walk. I didn't go into labor naturally with my first so I have nothing to go off of."</blockquote>
I was in the same boat the other night. Dr told me to lay down drink plenty of fluids if the are persistent and getting worse come in
. Everyone experiences contractions different you will get a million different answers lol
My doctor told me that real contractions will squeeze your entire stomach. Up, down, and all around. It can hurt in your back as well but it has to be full belly squeezing (not just the bottom). We are due the same day but im having a c section friday!Good luck!
my ob told me that if you can't tell real contractions from bh's then to lay on your back, and it should feel hard as a rock during the pain. and my mom (she had 5 kids naturally) told me when i was preg with my son that if you're 'not sure' if they're real or not, then they're not. i never had my membranes stripped... but best of luck to you!!
