Boneless chicken thighs

What can I do with these? (My oven isn't working so I can't bake them).

I have a ton of veggies for sides and sidekicks that I can make too. Wraps? Salads?

Give me some ideas............ GO!

The key to cooking tender chicken on the stovetop is to brown both sides and then COVER IT.

I have added boxed rice in with the chicken after browning it and then followed the directions on the box.

Saute or steam some veggies on the side (or even mix them in as well) and viola! You'll have a great dinner ready in less than a 1/2 hour.

if you have some cornflakes....crunch them up in a bag with some spicy and cover the chicken with it by pressing the mix into the flesh and cook in a frying pan!
