Question about 1 ovulation symptom

ok so Im pretty convinced Im ovulating now. My nipples have been on fire since last Wednesday which was 5 days after my period ended. My question is how long did your nipples stay sore after ovulation or did they stay sore until your period started?

I'm not sure because I have never had that symptom while ovulating

That's not one of my ovulation symptoms. Never has been

My nipples and boobs in general were sore after I was pregnant

Ovulation typically occurs 14 days after your period.... and my boobs are always sore before and after periods

Yeah when I was pregnant last year the boobies were heavy and sore...but i just think its strange that my nipples have been hurting for almost a week but Im not supposed to start my cycle until the end of this month. I had sex last week twice and the week before that, but one of those days I was on my cycle...hence my confusion
