Back to this (fat)

posted 8th Oct
I have come to the acceptance that I will probably be struggling with weight for the rest of my life.

I lost a bunch of weight last year...I was at like 135. I moved in with my boyfriend hurs away from all my family and friends so I'm bored and I eat....and I've gained all this weight back. I'm probably 190. It takes so long to lose weight and it is gained back so fast if you don't keep a good diet and excersize.

Now I have bins of cute expensive clothes I can't wear and hardly anything that fits. I have a job interview today and put my jeans on four hours early to stretch em out enough to feel comfortable enough in them.

I hate this! I need to do something....that works! What worked for you?

The only thing that worked for me was weight loss surgery.

Eat clean! The inches practically fall off when you remove junk from your body. It has done wonders for me in just 2 months.

calorie counting. Stay at around 1600 calories a day give or take 100 and you should lose weight fast. I mean, I would cut out soda as well to stay with and work your way up. Since it sounds like eating really healthy is hard for you, do it slowly :]
Start with calories and work your way up to no fast food over the course of a couple weeks then try making all your meals at home and pack snacks to munch on while you are out. It doesn't have to be a drastic process but something to work for little by little. DEF do calorie counting if nothing else though. It helped me.

Really? Everything i've seen shows awesome results, apparently they were even on Good Morning America or one of those morning shows not too long ago, not that it means it 100% works, but it says something!

Walking. I walk 3-5 miles a day and pretty much eat anything that I want. I started only walking 1/2-1 mile per day and saw immediate results. I walked more, as my stamina would allow.
