It's called "It Works!" ... My SO's sister and cousin sell them i'd post pictures but their all on FB and that doesn't work on IE :\ I wouldn't be suprised if someone in your area sold them!

ohh,ok. I'll see what I can find.

The only thing that works for me is cutting out all sugar, flour and gluten. Basically, cutting out carbs.

Maybe get organic snacks that are lower in calorie for when you smoke? :]

Yoga is awesome btw. Just a suggestion, but just get lower calorie snacks like was suggested. there are these popcorn things that you can get from target it already made Pirate booty or whatever it's called. Very good!
