I did make some home made roasted tomato basil soup with grilled cheese too...it was kinda a

you make it with cottage cheese? i use ricotta and throw in some sour cream because ricotta is expensive...parm and some spinach are good fillers that make it super awesome. its amazing....some garlic and other spices, cant go wrong!
it is an expensive fix though, but there are always leftovers because it makes a lot and is super filling.

I cannot remember the last time I had leftovers! haha SO can eat a 15 egg omelette and eat beans and bread or tortillas with it. No joke. My dad eats like that too!  

I'm going to make baked potatoes with spinach, broccoli, cheese and bacon. If either SO or my dad are still hungry (they can have several potatoes) then they can eat eggs! hahaha

Each just ate 3 baked potatoes each LOADED with spinach, broccoli and cheese.... SO also ate half of my one and half of Novali's. They were big ass potatoes!

Luckily, my dad goes out and buys his own goodies so I don't have to worry about him getting full, but SO is almost never full

That sounds good... but not something that my Dad would enjoy.   I swear he is so damn picky...

Especially when I am the only one eating it lol. I will give my DD bits and pieces of what I eat but she won't get any pulled pork, I am iffy on the red meats for her. I let her have a taste of chicken or turkey, but that's it. I can mash down a few pieces of corn and give her tiny pieces of the noodles from the pasta. No use for baby food anymore, she would rather eat what I am having and feed herself.

Oh, when it was just me and Novali I almost didn't wanna cook! hahaha I hated cooking for just myself when I lived alone (single and no kids) too...

I know, I eat TV dinners some nights I don't feel like cooking or I make myself a salad lol.
