BOOO DOMINOS!

So I ordered the new handmade pan pizza. I slowly ate one slice and kept tasting gooeyness. At first I thought it was cheese. Then I realized it didn't taste done, so to be sure I scrapped all the toppings off one slice and saw ITS UNDERCOOKED! like bad!

So i call and let them know for future reference to keep it in longer..... Because it is well undercooked. He then proceeds to tell me thats how they cook it and that I am the only one complaining....Then says what do you want me to do. I calmly say nothing, but I will not be ordering anymore, and I will be pissed off if I get sick from the raw dough. He goes Ill credit your account. I said okay and hung up. What kind of customer service is that?

Oh what an ass. Last time something was wrong with mine (just wrong toppings) they gave me my money back and gave me the right pizza.

Call headquarters! They don't want their franchises treating customers that way!!!

Yes, I would have taken in the pizza to show them....also would have taken a pic and blasted it all over twitter and facebook...then asked for the number to Corp about their lack of customer service! Smurf heads!

I was asked to email corporate from their fb page.

Its seriously annoying because I gave them a second chance. About 3 months ago I ordered a pizza and it made it to me 2 hours later. Did I mention they are literally max 10 minutes away.

The reason I order for delivery is because I work for a university and if you leave at lunch you wont have any parking when you come back!

Im nice too! But I was like I will be cussing you out if this makes me sick seeing as I am 28 weeks pregnant! There was a bunch of things running through my head of what I wanted to say..... But didnt.
