Well, smurf, I'm sorry, I take offense to the assertion that she is now leading a healthy lifestyle because she is thin due to surgery. Surgery does not change lifestyle and it seems to me her assertion is that one should be thin at all costs, even going so far as to have doctor's tools invade your body. Just another example of how thin =/= healthy.
