How long did you have to stay in there the first time? Lol sorry I saw this and had to ask because i might have to have one and this is my first...very curious!!

I had her at 4:46p Friday night and was discharged at 11a Sunday morning.

BUT that was THE earliest they'd let me leave and it was ONLY b/c I was going down to be with her at the hospital where she was in the NICU

I was in 4 days with my first.. I was induced first though and due to complications, had to go the c-section route.. I'm waiting for #2 and curious as well! haha xo

With my first I was there 3 days. 2 nights and 3 days. I'm hoping it's a short stay this time around as well. DD will be 19 months and needs mommy HOME! Plus omg who can "rest" at the hospital? they come in every 5 mon and either poke you or take your happy, sleeping baby for some test and bring you back a screaming red in the face little monster. lol

With my first I was there 3 days

My first time around was a 5 day stay, emergency c section and complications with my incision

My first was an emergency csection and I stayed 3 days... my 2nd and 3rd I only stayed 2 days, but I didn't have any complications

First pregnancy, 1 week due to major complications. Second pregnancy, 2went in Wednesday night, released Friday morning. Keep in mind I stool no pain meds the whole time after my c section so they knew my tolerance was high. I wanted to get home to my almost 3 year old. I felt terrible for being away! Good luck!!!! And congrats ahead of time...remember moving around is better than milking it and laying around. It helps the healing!

I've only had 1 c-section and I had my son on a Friday at 5:17pm and came home Sunday morning. They only allowed me to go home because I was up and walking around and able to take care of the baby. My daughter was vaginal, I had her on a Tuesday at 10:12am and went home the next morning. I needed to go home the next day because my husband didn't have many days off work just Tuesday and Wednesday so if I were to stay until Thursday he wouldn't be there to take us home. I would have to wait for someone else which I did not want.

i have had one c section. i had i Friday night at 6:13 and was discharged Monday afternoon. i believe the normal stay is 3 days

with my first i was there for 5 days total... with my 2nd (which was a planned c-section) i was there for 3 days... i could have went home after 2 days, but i decided to stay one more day cause i was still having a lot of trouble getting around.
