At my girls daycare they make these little Owl treats out of moon pies, candy corn, oreos and frosting! They are adorable! They also have a donut eating contest, they put powder donuts on a string and then each teacher would hold one end and the kids would see who could eat their donut the fastest with out dropping it! Bobbing for apples is against saniation rules! So this kinda replaces it! WE also did crayon shaving place mats! They are really cute, we had the older kids keep crayon shavings all year and then we used them and melted them beetween waxpaper and put their picutre in the middle and laminated it!

We to are doing a fall fest but ours is for all ages... my booth is child related and you just helped me so much. Some other ideas are halloween themed bean bag toss, get fall themed ducks at the dollar store and do a duck pond game like they have around fair time. my mom also showed me a real fast way for kids to make pumpkins out of tp rolled take colored tissue paper tuck it into the hole on top and bottom of the tp and then push the top one in a little more twist green or brown tissue paper and tuck in a steam, and then the kids can either draw on faces or glue on cut out face parts. i also am making witched brooms that are done up from the dollar store for kids. I have lots more ideas if you want them i hope this helped.

I know that bobbing for apples is against rules, that is why the blind fold and tongs will be use   Then later they can either eat their apple as is or go make a caramel/candy apple with it!

Contact paper collage!
Super easy and non-messy.

get a bunch of fall stuff (leaves, straw, whatever strikes your fancy)
cut each child a piece of contact paper
Peel off the back to expose the sticky part
Have them decorate with your theme!

Super easy, it's fun, and there's no glue or tape to deal with (outside nature ones are neat because even dirt sticks, lol. So they can really decorate with whatever they want.

I will definitely have to add this to my list! I can't wait to share all these ideas with DS's teacher!
