PUPPS!!

have any of you ladies had pupps before? my belly itches like crazy and i think im about to go nuts cause i cant itch it or i know i will itch it to the point of blood!! idk what i can put on it to stop the itch. nothing is helping!!

I'm sorry mamma. That was about the worst pregnancy sympton I had. Nothing helped me either. I used aveeno lotion, oatmeal baths, and finally hydrocortizone. All with minimal affect.

im overdue and all i can think about is that maybe if i have my son the pupps will go away! i have not thrown up, no heartburn, no anything but i think i would want those over this. its literally unbearable!!

It's supposed to go away after you deliver!!! Mine didn't but I was under a lot of stress with LO in the NICU for 8 days and having to scrub my hands several times a day to visit him (the rash stayed on my hands and arms for about a month). My OB finally gave me some oral steroids and it cleared right up!!!

I had it really badly. It ended up going all over my body too! The doctor let me use itch stuff, but I still needed to have icepacks wrapped with tension bandages on my hands at night just so I could get enough relief to go to sleep. The good news is that it goes away really quickly after delivery!!!

and just as im talking about labor i think im havin contractions! ugh i want him to come out already. but its like a constant back pain
