I'm in the house completely alone!

It's so weird. DH just left with LO to go an hr away to visit MIL/FIL. I have an eye exam at 11 and then plan on doing a little shopping while I'm at the mall picking out my first pair or rx sunglasses! I'm hoping they don't get home till late afternoon so I'll have plenty of time to clean when I get back home.

It's weird because even when I'm home with just LO and he's napping, I always have the buzz of the baby monitor, never complete silence...

What do you do on days like these, or do you even ever get days like these? I do maybe 3 times a year, lol.

My mom took our 6 month old last weekend so we could have a night off.. We still were in bed at 1230ish lol. We had dinner and drinks and a movie then crashed. We're at the point where we've become "lame" parents lol

i unfortunately get a lot of those due to the custody arrangement with BD, it's 50/50.

but once this baby comes i can't even imagine being alone. SO already said he's just gonna take the baby and go visit his parents and stuff and i'm like oh hell no lol

I did not let my son out of my sight the first year (well, except when I was at work), lol.

IKR. and SO is already acting more attached than i am. he said he's never gonna put him down i'm like did i say you could hold him? lol
