Well, SmUrf! this should be fun!

OK, My husband suggested Coraline. not really discussing names, just sorta put it out there. I instantly gravitated to it and decided that was that! We had our girls name. Well, now that we are actually talking about names, he's not so sure about it.

I need real names that are not super common, do not start with an O or an A as my husband doesn't like any O names and our last name starts with A. The older the better for me, but keep em kinda middle of the road for my poor husband who thinks I have weird taste.

My kids are Elliot and Piper. Piper was in the middle 200's in 2007 when we picked the damn name. I'd really like to try and no repeat that sort of trend setting. I know I'm awesome, but I'm trying to avoid kids w/ this one's name if possible.

TIA

If I were to have a girl I love October Ann *I know you said no O but I just like it* or Ever Airalyn!

What about Cynthia, Suzeanne, or maybe even Beverly?

No weird or trendy names. October is a month, not a name. Same goes for days of the week, places and kitchen utensils. Airalyn in so trendy and I don't even think it has a meaning.

I'm not digging the other names.

Thanks though.

Alright so no A, O, E or P ( you didn't say no P, but you have a Piper so I'm just assuming)

Elliot, Piper and...

Cordelia
Cecily
Rose (I adore this as a FN)
Tessa
Dahlia
Nora (yes I know it's rising in popularity but it's adorable.)
Lorelei
Violet
Matilda
Mabel (Maybe too "old lady-ish for your naming taste?)
Helena
Jane

Cordelia. Not bad, but I really don't think my husband would go for it.
Cecily I ADORE Cecily! Absolutely loooove this name and always have. I especially like it because my mom's middle name was Cecile and she hated it. She died when I was 20. I don't necessarily want to name a girl after her, but this would be a very good twist in her honor.
Rose (I adore this as a FN) Cute but I see it more as a middle name.
Tessa LOVE, but IDK if I can get it passed the man.
Dahlia I prefer Delilah, but it's so damn popular.
Nora (yes I know it's rising in popularity but it's adorable.) My daughter was almost Norah Jayne but my MIL nixed it (Apparently she has a say too)
Lorelei I like it, but I don't love it.
Violet Probably our Middle name, but it could do as a first.
Matilda *swoon* LOOOVE OMG I would marry this name. IDK If I can get it past mr. picky, but I really love it.
Mabel (Maybe too "old lady-ish for your naming taste?)
Helena Another I adore.
Jane LOVE, but again, I think it's a middle name.

thank you   quotemoderate
