LH hormone after Miscarriage?

I know the HCG hormone can stay elated for a while after miscarriage, but what about the LH hormone? Would Ovulation tests be reliable after a miscarriage? (It's been 3 weeks since)

Oops. Yeah I think it messed w the opk bc I didn't have AF bc hcg was still too high for it. So I wasn't ovulating until the level dropped low enough.

I'm asking if it can. Not if it did.

Wondering it it's worth it to take a test because I felt symptoms of possible ovulation but didn't know if it'd be accurate. I call in tomorrow to ask about my HCG levels since they took blood last week.

It could only be considered reliable if you're back to a regular cycle. If the hcg is still too high from the m/c then chances are you may end up w a false positive opk result from the hormones. Id wait for lab work either way.

I don't think I'd trust them yet. When I was looking into ovulation kids after our loss last December, they all said they weren't accurate if you've have a recent miscarriage.
