freaking out a little *tmi*

so yesterday, in the afternoon, i started hurting in my right shoulder. it traveled up my neck, and down my shoulder blade into my ribs. by the time i went to bed it was starting on the other side. i was practically in tears trying to roll over last night. it hurt to take a deep breath, talk loud and to move. this morning it was worse. i took 2 tylenol and 2 muscle relaxers and only a little less than half the pain is gone. i have no idea why i would be hurting this bad... anyone know what this could be?

also, yesterday, i wiped after peeing and there were a couple of drops of bright red blood, and none when i wiped the 2nd time. earlier today, i had a bm and it had blood in it. idk if i actually pooped out blood or if it had something to do the with hemorhoid (sp) i had (i thought it was gone because it wasn't like a hard knot anymore, more like a pocket of skin). is it possible that it burst or something? the blood was in the poop too, not just when i wiped. i've been having pain in my sides for a wk or so and my mother who is an RN said i'm not drinking enough water. so i started drinking what like nobody's business and i still hurt. could the things all be associated with one another or just random things?

sure is.. not saying thats what it is but if theres a chance you could be preg id take it into consideration. Also are you sure you dont have a kidney inf

i have no idea. i looked up ectopic pregnancy and have a couple of the "signs" but i don't know if DH and i have had sex since my last period but also not sure it was a real period... guess i'm going to the doc tomo...
