Well.... the only thing I got is hat Rugrats convinced me that if I swallowed a watermelon seed a watermelon would grow in my stomach and I'd explode.

Same here! I always made sure I never swallowed a watermelon seed..

My Mum used to tell me that when the ice-cream van plays it's tune it means it has ran out of ice-cream. I always wondered why the van never had any ice-cream when it got to our street and why it still came even after it ran out of anything to sell. Later I wised up to this when I saw other kids buying ice creams!

My parents told me that always sitting with my knee's up would make me grow extra legs out of my belly sides. lol. then we watched some show with a calf who had legs growing out of its sides. hahaha. I just started sitting cross legged and I do to this day, I have scoliosis so I think sitting with my feet in the ground may actually be a real problem... it's so uncomfortable.
