Do you use spark people

They have a week meal plan and you can print out a grocery list for the week. I am wondering if I should use it or not.. I am trying to loose 100 lbs and I was looking at the food and it just seems fatty and I am worried of gaining eating all the food it wants me to... Have you used the meal plan (question mark not working lol)

I didn't use the meal plans though because it wasn't something I'd make for my family, but I think they are a great idea...
