we use milk chocolate chips   (just cos unsweetened tastes like dark chocolate and i dont like that)
2 minutes, power level 5, stir, repeat til fully melted.
(or on a double broiler)
than just dip a ruffles chip in it and set on wax paper

My in-laws own an orchard, they make their own apple cider and int he warmer months sell apple cider slushes, yum!
