What are some toddler birthday party games?

We are having the party at home and it's going to be basically in one room, plus the playroom. The room will be emptied of any furniture.

IDK what to do to keep the kids busy other than his regular toys?!

I have never really had any games with my kids. I was always lost on what the heck to do..... We usually get a bouncy house or clown. Pinatas are always fun no matter what age.....

I'm gonna get a face painter, but his birthday is December in Philly. It's too cold for outside, not to mention, every year on the day of his party it snows.

That's a bummer. My son's bday is in January and when we lived in washington we usually resorted to a clown. Some of the clowns will provide treat bags as well as face painting. I liked to get them because they would keep the kids entertained for 1-1 1/2 hours. Perfect for and easy party....lol
