Have you talked to the doctor to get other ideas? Does he CARE if his undies are wet on him? Like do they bother him when he wets them or craps in them?

I'm not too concerened...He doesn't like wet underwear but doesn't care if he has poop or pee in diapers.....meh

I'd just stick him in undies and deal with accidents for a bit. He'll catch on that he doesn't like wet undies, it belongs in the potty.
