blood pressure down?

I woke up at 3 pm today and ate dinner (hamburger) and about an hour after i ate i got really dizzy and a bad headache and then about 5 minutes after that i started seeing spots and lines in my vision and felt like i was gonna throw up. i took my blood pressure and it was 95/65 and my pulse was 100. laid down and was given a towel for my forehead and i THINK i passed out cause i lost about 20 minutes and i wasnt asleep. took my blood pressure when i got back up and it was 110/63 pulse of 74. still feeling real dizzy and out of it and throbbing headache but the spots passed. contimplating calling L&D but not sure if it was from eating or not :/ 37+ wks, dialated to 4cms and contractions on/off all day/night.

Sounds like low blood sugar to me

I was hypoglycimic (sp) with my daughter but so far this pregnancy i've past every test and they said my blood sugar was fine last they checked. i guess i can try and eat some sweets lol
