I make and freeze homemade soups,stews,casseroles, and chili and throw back in crock pot when ready to eat again. Today i am making 2 batches of vegetable beef to freeze and 2 batches of broccoli & cheese to freeze

I plan on making a big batch of spaghetti sauce which can then be broken down into smaller portions so dinner can be easy. also what about a lasagna.. that can be made ahead and frozen too. you could also make some home made soup without the noodles or rice. then they can just put in pot on stove and cook noodles seperate.

Do you have recipes? I like the vegetable beef idea, Im a huge fan of home made soup and stews.

No problem. The brocooli & cheese is amazing,the nutmeg gives it a great flavor. I do heavy cream instead of half & half but tastes great either way
