It's that kind of day

Having a soup making day  So far have two gallon ziplocks full of vegetable beef to be frozen,soon to add 2 gallons of Broccoli & cheese soup. Mmaking an extra thing of Broccoli and cheese for dinner tonight with crusty artisan bread

ugh, that sounds so good!

I made egg drop soup a few weeks ago, and it was amazing...I also made broccoli and cheese soup too, but it tasted a lot better over a baked potato

For having practically no ingredients to it, it's amazing! Or maybe chicken broth is just that good,lol

Yea, it's like you cook up some chicken broth, add some ginger root to it and boil it in the chicken broth....take out the ginger root, throw it away or whatever....then you cut up some green onions, put it in the broth, then beat some eggs in a bowl, grab a fork, and dribble egg drippings into the broth and green onions until the eggs are gone. Bam.....egg drop soup, and it's amazing!

Ha hardly! I'm doing well. I've been a sahm since my hubby and I moved back to the town where I grew up. My mom passed away six months ago so I was able to spend precious time with her befor she died.

How are you?! Are you still working at the nursing home? Fill me in, it's been awhile.

I'm really sorry about your mom. Yes I been with the company 6 months now and am going to be getting my CNA license soon,can't wait. I am still trying to get completly back on my feet,it's hard
