scared about the ultrasound please help..

I cant see my baby nose on the ultrasound.I'm so worried it almost look like the top lip is the nose im only 13 weeks should i be worried?

Nose isn't bone, You won't see it on an ultrasound

if the doc isn't worried, you shouldn't be worried either

ETA that you can see it, it's just hard to this early unless all the conditions are perfect

If the tech didn't say anything then don't worry. She would notice if your babies nose was missing. Ultrasounds are images produced by the light off of objects. It's not easy to see everything or get a good picture of everything

I didn't see a nose or profile pic until I was 20 weeks. They might not have gotten a good angle.

Wow, can you see other parts? I felt so lame, I could barely tell where my baby was! Dr. said 'this is the foot' and I was like, okay if you say so!

Are they worried? if not, try not to stress too much, my last US was at 22 weeks and lil miss wouldn't show us her face (been like that at every US so far lol) they could only see one eye because she wouldn't turn her head to see the rest...they are not worried.

I think your baby has a nose.  

At only 13 weeks, you still have a long way to go...I promise that later on as your pregnancy progresses, the nose will appear. Your baby isn't noseless, it's just too tiny to see yet!
