I posted on here a couple of days ago that I quit the 30 DS and started up another workout because my right knee was giving me problems.
The new workouts I do are 10 mins each, and I usually do 2 a day. I also do crunches, push ups, one of the strength workouts from 30 DS, and planks.
I find myself...missing Jillian I guess hardeehar. I really did like that workout. Would it be okay if I do it 2 times a week, along with my other workouts?
I'd really hate to mess up my knee, because I have an 8 mos old son, and I babysit a 7 mos old so I'm constantly bending and getting on the floor with them.
