Being 9 weeks doesn't mean you are 3 months pregnant, t means you are in your third month of pregnancy.

When you are 9 weeks you are IN your third month , however since you haven't completed the third month , you aren't actually 3 months yet.

It's not like BOOM you are three months pregnant after 8 weeks. You have to complete the month first.
