Guess I'm going to have to take them :(

My back has been killing me all day. It hasn't completely freaked out yet but I feel it coming.  
I'm at home alone with three kids and I can't take care of them feeling like this but if I take the pain meds then I will be pretty much useless that way too.
No one is answering their phones and SO doesn't get off for like another hour.
So much for making a yummy dinner tonight  

How much is a dose? One pill? Two pills?

Yeah it wont knock me out but I'll be attached to the couch   It's just going to be a pain in the ass with my nephew since he isn't happy unless you are holding him. the girls will be fine. I will put on a movie and give them some sort of snack.

You said he's 4 months old? That boy needs to learn some independence.   Maybe get some toys and see if he'll grab at them and play with them on your lap? Orrrrr play with them down on the floor? DS hated tummy time. DD loved it. So I've had one of each. Lol.

Tell me about it   she always holds him. He wont go on his tummy at all so that means he can't even hold his head up all that well.  
I've got him in the babies crib right now to see if he will go to bed on his own. He's tired. But we shall see. He is currently in there protesting. But not screaming so maybe he will give up
