I wouldn't take my chances on it, you never know. I told DH he could do whatever he wants, he's a grown man. I truly don't care, but if it will help me keep my kids away from him I will use it against him. Simple as that.

I left my husband in march and started dating my boyfriend about two weeks later. My marriage shouldn't have ever of happened . We were of ether 7 years (married) and had a whole list of issues. I never felt bad after leaving and had never felt ether. My boyfriend is my soulmate and the person i feel I deserved all along. You do what's best for you. People talk and always will.
