Depo shot and antibiotic?

A CT recently showed I have a mass on my kidney, they're hoping it's bacteria from a recent kidney infection so they put me on Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day. I am on the depo shot, I'm assuming the meds will make it less effective? If so, how long after taking the antibiotic will my shot be effective again?

It wont be less effective. Thats the main reason I got on the shot 2 yrs ago..
