Diabetes itself is not hereditary; although the risk factors that a person has are passed down through the genes, therefore making it more likely that the next generation will have it.

Lol I doubt her child is going to get diabetes from chocolate milk. Wow... Do you know what some people give their kids? My cousin force feeds his INFANT double cheeseburgers from McDonald's, whole burritos from Taco Bell, etc. I mean seriously he sits and makes her eat it ALL. My SIL dumps whole cans of vienna sausages in a bowl for her toddlers to eat. And cold hotdogs, the biggest choking hazard ever. Plus endless amounts of candy.
